Take Care is an art project that raises awareness of the common term "take care". It has two meanings - on the one hand, it can mean being careful or the importance of taking care of oneself, and on the other hand, it can also mean showing care and concern for others.

The project starts from the common expression as a symbol of compassion, care and consideration and seeks to promote the positive qualities of it. It is performed through artistic methods such as painting, poetry and visual arts and conveys a message of love, trust and shared responsibility.

The project aims to expand our understanding of "take care" and create better conditions for everyone. An injunction to distance and caution, and an appeal to cherish something. Today, we live on a knife-edge of the two meanings, where it becomes clear that what we do - or don't do - is passed down to the next generations.

How we as people try to find the balance in care, in a time when we also have to make the care reach large communities and nature. We are all connected, even though we stand apart. We must take care of ourselves and each other to avoid dangerous situations.

We must all share the responsibility to provide the necessary care and financial support, and not least the potential for action to ensure a sustainable future. We must take care of the environment and be guided by love, compassion and joint solutions so that we can create a climate-friendly and sustainable way forward.

Care of myself
It can be difficult for people to prioritize taking care of themselves in our busy lives. With work, family responsibilities, and other commitments, sometimes it can be hard to find the time to look after yourself. Additionally, many people find certain aspects of taking care of themselves - such as exercise, healthy eating, and getting enough sleep - daunting or overwhelming, leading to procrastination or neglect. Taking care of yourself is an important part of being healthy and happy, and it is worth investing the time and energy in doing so.
